  • Patient discharge guide
  • Necessary training during discharge orally and in writing will be provided to you by the treating physician and the ward nurse.
  • Upon discharge, all patient records, including radiographs, CT scans, MRIs, and prescription tests, will be delivered to or with the patient and will be signed.
  • The clearance unit is active every day from 8 am to 7 pm for payment and settlement (holidays until 1 pm).
